What we collect

When you submit the growth plan form, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name and work email address.
• Your store URL and monthly revenue range.
• The category and growth goal you select, and any notes you add.
• Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it.
• The date and time of your enquiry.

We also receive basic, aggregated traffic analytics from Cloudflare. This does not identify you personally and is used to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your growth plan.
• To contact you on WhatsApp if you share your number.
• To understand whether our services are a fit for your business.
• To keep a record of the conversation if we go on to work together.

We do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list, or share it with advertisers. We will only contact you about your enquiry unless you separately ask us to stay in touch.

Legal basis

We process your information because you asked us to contact you about a potential engagement, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it

Our website is served through Cloudflare. Form submissions are sent to our own lead API at api.sellergrid.in, which stores them and notifies our lead inbox at [email protected]. We only use providers that apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless we are required to keep them longer or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

The site itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, and its analytics may use a small number of technical cookies to measure page views.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
